Located on a quiet residential street in a safe neighborhood. It is ~2 block walk to the beach. One street south of the property is the bustling Commercial Boulevard where you can enjoy numerous breakfast, lunch, and dinner options: pizza, fish shack, raw bar, ice-cream, gelato, a French bakery- espresso, cocktails, beers, oh my!
Great wifi, DirectTV and streaming (DirecTV in the living room and smart TV's in every bedroom (Directv app may be accesible in bedrooms), laundry in unit and fastidiously clean.
Golf cart available for rent on first come, first served basis. Cost: $60/day when rented during booking process or otherwise is $100/day and due back by check-out. Minimum rental length: term of stay at Eden's Reef.

Great quarters for the parents in the group to have their own suite with everything they need. This bedroom has its own exit to the rear driveway and easy access to the backyard and pool through the fence gate. |
